LIVE WIRE Music Scene Best BetsJohnny RawlsMississippi soul-blues man who wows crowds with his smoldering vocals and guitar style. Rawls served as guitarist and bandleader for soul-blues great O.V. Wright from 1970 to 1980. He's also done time with Little Johnny Taylor and Z.Z. Hill, among others. Rawls' album with L.C. Luckett, "Can't Sleep at Night," was named runner-up for best soul-blues album of 1995 by Living Blues magazine Thursday at the Double Door. Kenneth Johnson
